This notice explains what data we collect when you purchase and use Turkuaz Pro, and why.
When you buy Turkuaz Pro, our payment provider Paddle.com collects your email address and payment details to process the transaction. We never see or store your card details — Paddle handles this as our Merchant of Record.
We store: the email address associated with your purchase, a hashed (non-reversible) version of your activation code, and an anonymous device identifier generated by the extension so we can enforce single-device activation. We do not collect your name, IP address history, or browsing activity.
To offer a free trial (100 images + 10 videos), the extension generates a random anonymous identifier stored locally in your browser and sends it to our server to count remaining trial usage. The trial also verifies your email (a one-time 6-digit code) and applies a per-network usage cap to prevent abuse; your email and IP address are stored as one-way hashes, not in plain text. This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity unless you later make a purchase with that same browser.
We do not sell your data. We do not track your activity outside of what's needed to run the extension and validate your license.
You can request deletion of your purchase/activation record at any time by contacting support with your purchase email.
